Nathan Smith previously played for Enfield.
He joined Chesterfield in July 2011 with a two-year contract that was extended to June 2014 in March 2013.
Nathan re-joined Yeovil Town in July 2014 with a two-year contract that was extended to June 2017 in May 2016 and to June 2018 in May 2017.
