Mitch Pinnock played for Arsenal during his youth career.
He was selected on Southend United's subs bench for the first time on 10 April 2013 in a League Two game at Rochdale.
Mitch signed his first pro contract with the Shrimpers in May 2013.
It ran to June 2015 but was cancelled in August 2014.
He has also played for East Thurrock and Concord Rangers.
