Michael Jacobs' contract at Northampton Town was extended to June 2012 in January 2011.
He joined Derby County in August 2012 with a three-year contract.
After a loan spell, Michael joined Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2014 with a contract to June 2016.
He joined Wigan Athletic in July 2015 with a three-year contract that was extended to June 2020 in October 2017.
NB Many sources failed to record Michael's substitute appearance for Derby County in their League Championship game at Bolton Wanderers on 21 August 2012.
