An impressive member of Crewe Alexandra's Under-17 team in 2001-02, Michael Higdon had forced his way into the Under-19 team by the end of the season.
He signed professional forms in January 2002.
Michael joined Sheffield United in August 2014 with a two-year contract that was cancelled in February 2016.
