Max Clayton is the son of former Crewe Alexandra forward, Paul Clayton.
He signed his first pro contract with Alex in May 2011. It ran to June 2014.
Max joined Bolton Wanderers in September 2014 with a three-year contract.
He joined Blackpool in July 2017 with a two-year contract.
