Matt Worthington played for Portsmouth and Southampton during his youth career.
He was selected on AFC Bournemouth's subs bench for the first time on 21 May 2017 in a Premier League game at Leicester City.
His Cherries contract was extended to June 2019 in March 2018.
Matt joined Yeovil Town in January 2019 with a contract to June 2021.
