Matt Tubbs, who joined Salisbury City from Dorchester Town, previously played for AFC Bournemouth and Bolton Wanderers.
He joined AFC Bournemouth in January 2012 with a contract to June 2015 that was cancelled in January 2015.
Matt joined Portsmouth in January 2015 with a contract to June 2017 before he was made available for transfer in May 2016.
