At 15 years and 99 days, Mason Bennett became Derby County's youngest-ever player when he made his Rams debut in the Championship at Middlesbrough on 22 October 2011.
The previous record was held by Lee Holmes who, at 15 years and 268 days, came off the bench against Grimsby Town in December 2002.
His Rams contract was extended to June 2018 in July 2014 and to June 2020 in September 2017.
