Shail finally arrived at Kidderminster almost ten years after the club first showed an interest in him and he featured regularly for most of last season, only losing his place for the last few games. A typical old- fashioned central defender he is effective in the air, strong in the tackle and always gives 100 per cent. He scored just one goal, heading home a corner in the Harriers' 1-1 draw at Southend in September.
