Jules was an ever-present in the Halifax Town squad under Jules Lillis in the early part of last season but when Paul Bracewell took over as manager he fell out of favour. He subsequently buckled down to some hard work and after a series of impressive performances in the reserves he forced his way back into the team in March 2001.
