Place of birthCroydon
NationalityEnglish
Weight71 kg
Height1.80 m
PositionForward

After appearing regularly for Crystal Palace in the second half of 1999-2000, Leon found himself mostly restricted to appearances from the subs bench at the start of 2000-01 and, in October, he made a permanent move to Peterborough United where he had previously enjoyed two successful loan spells.

He arrived to a hero's welcome and didn't disappoint the Posh fans, finishing as the club's leading scorer despite some niggling injury problems.

He is a talented striker, lightning-quick and more than a match for most lower division defenders.

Leon joined Norwich City in December 2003 for an initial £625,000 fee with a contract up to June 2007.

He joined Coventry City in August 2006 with a three-year contract.

Leon joined Charlton Athletic in September 2009 with a one-year contract.

He joined Northampton Town in September 2010 with a one-year contract.
