Having developed in Barnet's youth team Leon continued to make progress at Underhill in the 2000-01 campaign. A talented right-sided midfield player with good close control and thoughtful distribution, the highlight of his season was a fine performance when coming off the subs' bench for the final half hour against Carlisle in March.
Leon's short-term contract with Bristol Rovers was not renewed in August 2003.
