After a succesful month on loan when he scored the Pilgrims' first Football League hat-trick, Lee completed his move to Boston United in November 2002 with a contract up to the end of the season.
He agreed a deal for the 2003-04 season in October 2003.
Lee joined Kidderminster Harriers in July 2005 with a one-year contract.
