Harrison was once again first-choice goalkeeper for Barnet for most of 2000-01 and demonstrated his value to the team on many occasions.
He suffered a groin injury in the home game with Hull City in September and, although he made a quick recovery, it was not until December that he regained his place in the starting line-up.
Sadly, he was stretchered off with damaged knee ligaments in the opening minutes of Barnet's crucial final league game against Torquay United.
Harrison joined Peterborough United in July 2005 with a one-year contract before returning to Barnet in a player / coach capacity.
His contract at Barnet was extended to June 2010 in July 2008.
