Latterly the regular keeper at Northampton Town, Lee's only Arsenal appearance came in a 2-0 Premiership win at Southampton in March 1997.
Lee began the 2000-01 season as the first choice 'keeper for Queens Park Rangers.
He showed consistent form despite the club's poor results and, although he was dropped in favour of Ludo Miklosko in November, he returned to the line-up in the New Year and kept his place for the remainder of the campaign.
Although he was one of the most consistent Rangers players in a very disappointing season, he was released in the summer.
He had joined Arsenal from Sittingbourne.
After a season at Walsall, Lee was released from his Saddlers contract with a year still to run.
It allowed him to agree a two year deal at Northampton Town in July 2002.
His Cobblers contract was extended to June 2007 in June 2006.
Lee was made available for transfer by Northampton in October 2006.
After a loan spell, he joined Milton Keynes Dons in January 2007 with a contract to the end of the season.
