Lee Cook stepped up to make his Football League debut for Watford when he came off the subs' bench during the second half of the 2- 1 defeat at Grimsby Town in April 2001.
He is a promising left-sided striker who has good technical skill on the ball and is very effective when running at opposing defenders.
Lee's contract at Queens Park Rangers was extended to June 2009 in June 2006.
He joined Fulham in July 2007 with a four-year contract.
After a loan spell, Lee returned to Queens Park Rangers in January 2009 with a contract to June 2012.
He joined Leyton Orient in August 2012 with a five-month contract that was extended to June 2013 in January 2013.
