Kevin Amankwaah looked a star in the making during an impressive run in the Bristol City first team shortly after the start of 2000-01 but then suffered a knee ligament injury in the game at Millwall.
Although he recovered fitness, he was unable to displace Matt Hill in the starting line-up and featured on only a handful of occasions in the second half of the campaign.
A pacy defender who can play at right back, right wing back or at centre back, Kevin joined Yeovil Town in March 2005 with a contract to June 2007.
He joined Burton Albion in September 2011 with a contract to January 2012.
Kevin joined Rochdale in January 2012 with a contract to June 2012.
He joined Northampton Town in July 2013 with a one-year contract that was cancelled in January 2014.
