Following a successful loan period, Keith Southern joined Blackpool in November 2002 on a two-and-a-half year contract.
This was extended to June 2007 in April 2005, to June 2009 in December 2006, to June 2011 in April 2009 and to June 2012 in May 2012.
Keith joined Huddersfield Town in July 2012 with a two-year contract.
He joined Fleetwood Town in July 2014 with a two-year contract that was cancelled in February 2016.
