One of the exciting crop of youngsters to emerge from Bristol City's academy, Kayode Odejayi continued to develop at a steady pace in the 2000-01 season.
He added a handful of outings from the subs' bench and made his first senior appearance in the starting line-up when he appeared in the LDV Vans Trophy tie at Plymouth Argyle.
A striker who is strong and powerful, Kayode is a cousin of Leicester City striker Ade Akinbiyi.
His contract at Cheltenham Town was extended to June 2006 in May 2005, then for a further two years in May 2006.
After a loan spell, he joined Colchester United in January 2009 with contract to June 2012.
Kayode was made available for transfer by Rotherham United in May 2013.
He joined Tranmere Rovers in July 2014 with a one-year contract.
