Jordan Rossiter was selected on Liverpool's subs bench for the first time on 29 December 2013 in a Premier League game at Chelsea.
He made his senior Reds debut on 23 September 2014 in a Capital One Cup tie against Middlesbrough to become Liverpool's second youngest-ever player in the League Cup competition at 17 years and 183 days.
In scoring after only ten minutes, Jordan became Liverpool's second youngest-ever goalscorer in a major competition. Michael Owen was 17 years and 144 days when he netted his first Reds goal against Wimbledon on 6 May 1997 - when Rossiter was less than two months old.
