Spicer made his only Arsenal appearance as a 117th minute sub in a Carling Cup tie against Rotherham United that went to a penalty shoot-out.
He converted the Gunners' seventh kick in a 9-8 win.
After a loan spell, Spicer joined AFC Bournemouth in December 2004 with a contract to June 2006.
He joined Burnley in August 2005 with a three-year contract.
Spicer joined Doncaster Rovers in July 2008 with a two-year contract.
He joined Notts County in July 2010 with a two-year contract.
Spicer joined Southend United in August 2012 with a one-year contract.
