Epalle is one of the less well known members of the Cameroon squad having spent the majority of his career in Greece. He was previously with Panathinaikos, Ethnikos Pireaus and Panahaiki, then joining Aris Thessaloniki in December 2001 after Panahaiki suffered aterrible start to their season. Having played for Cameroon in their 1995 World Youth Cup campaign, he went to be a gold medallist in the 2000 Sydney Olympics team. He also featured in the Indomitable Lions' 2002 African Nations Cup triumph although the determined right-sided midfielder is usually used as a sub.
