This strong and whole-hearted defender did not figure regularly for Cardiff City in 2000-01 but still did an effective job when required. A consistent and versatile defender who never gives less than 100 per cent in any game that he plays, he is a qualified chiropodist and plans to follow that career when he retires from the game.
