Largely out of favour since Brian Little's arrival at Hull, Jason's remained an attraction for other clubs and he had several trials before moving on loan to Shrewsbury Town in March. However he made just one start at Gay Meadow and with had little chance to make any real impact before returning to Boothferry Park. He is a young striker with sufficient pace to upset most Third Division defenders. After joining Southend United in the summer, his contract was cancelled in November following a managerial reshuffle.Jason is the younger brother of Crystal Palace's Richard Harris.
