Victory had a frustrating time for Cheltenham Town in the 2000-01 campaign, suffering cruciate knee ligament damage in the 2-0 victory over Torquay United in August.
His rehabilitation took most of the season and it was only in the closing weeks that he began full training again.
He is a left-sided defender with good pace who is very comfortable on the ball.
Victory signed a new two-year contract with Cheltenham in April 2004.
This was extended to June 2007 in December 2006.
