At 16 years and 250 days, Jack became Liverpool's youngest-ever player when he came on as a substitute in the Premier League at Hull City on 9 May 2010.

He beat the record held by Max Thompson since 8 May 1974 when he made his debut against Tottenham Hotspur at the age of 17 years and 128 days.

Jack joined Queens Park Rangers in August 2014 with a four-year contract.

He joined Sheffield United in January 2020 with a contract to June 2022.
