This experienced Dane - he had previously played for Lyngby, Dynamo Dresden, Odense BK and Silkeborg - joined Stoke City last August following an impressive pre-season trial but never really established himself in the first team in 2000-01. Principally used as cover in a midfield 'holding' role his main strengths are his thoughtful distribution and his ability to deliver set pieces. Henrik was released by City in the summer.
