Represented England at Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 levels.
Graham was out of favour at Tranmere Rovers at the beginning of the 2000-01 season and it was only when Dave Challinor was sidelined with a broken leg in November that he returned to a regular place in the line-up.
He went on to produce some solid displays in what was a very disappointing campaign for the Birkenhead club and finished the season as club captain.
An uncompromising defender who can play either at right back or centre half, he relishes the chance to go forward and join the attack when the opportunity presents itself.
Graham signed a new one-year contract with Tranmere Rovers in June 2003.
Graham joined Chester City in July 2006 with a one-year contract but was made available for transfer in August 2006.
