Having been released by French Division Two club Wasquehal at the end of the 1999- 2000 campaign Frederic joined Leyton Orient on a non-contract basis in October. An experienced striker he featured in a handful of games as a substitute but was unable to settle at Brisbane Road and soon returned across the Channel.
