Frank Sinclair

Date of birth03 December 1971
Place of birthLambeth
NationalityJamaican
Weight80 kg
Height1.75 m
PositionDefender/Centre back

A right-footed wing back or central defender, Frank missed the start of the 2000-01 campaign after undergoing a groin operation in the summer.

It was not until October that he returned to Premiership action for Leicester City, stepping in at right wing back for the injured Andrew Impey.

He slotted in very effectively and hit his best form almost immediately, but sadly he was dogged by injuries throughout the campaign, in particular a nasty calf strain.

In total, he made few senior appearances and the team looked decidedly less effective when he was absent.

He continued to represent Jamaica when fit, assisting in their campaign to qualify for the 2002 World Cup finals.

Frank joined Burnley in July 2004 with a one-year contract that was extended to June 2007 in December 2004.

After a loan spell, he joined Huddersfield Town in July 2007 in a one-year deal.

Frank joined Lincoln City in July 2008 with a one-year contract.
