Floyd Samba is the son of former Blackburn Rovers and Congo defender, Christopher Samba. He is also the younger brother of Manchester City’s Tyrone Samba.
He was selected on City's subs bench for the first time on 14 February 2026 in a FA Cup tie against Salford City.
