Emad Bouanane

Bouanane joined Wrexham on a one-year contract after an impressive trial period and featured regularly for the Robins through until last February before falling out of favour. A capable left back he became a cult figure with the Racecourse Ground fans famous for his foraging runs upfield, taking on all-comers, and generally finishing with a cracking shot. His release from the Red Dragons at the end of the campaign saw Bouanane return to his native France in search of first team football. Before his move to North Wales, he had also played for Beauvais, Boissy and Brive.
