With Arsenal, ECW Cup winner 1994. An expensive midfielder, ultimately disappointing. Originally joined Manchester City on loan in September 1996 before move made permanent.
A £1million signing, Eddie's only Arsenal goal was the seventh in a 7-0 win against Standard Liege in the European Cup Winners Cup in November 1983.
