With Kenny Cunningham sidelined for an extended period at the beginning of 2000-01, Duncan looked set for a decent run in the Wimbledon side, but after just a few games he was sidelined by an ankle injury and rarely featured afterwards.
He is a dependable right back known for his charging runs down the flank.
After a loan spell, Duncan joined Notts County in January 2003 on a non-contract basis before moving on to Luton Town on a monthly contract.
He joined Southend United in July 2003 in a one-year deal.
Duncan joined Gillingham in July 2006 with a two-year contract that was cancelled in December 2007.
