Dillon Phillips was selected on Charlton Athletic's subs bench for the first time on 18 January 2014 in a League Championship game at Middlesbrough.
His Addicks' contract was extended to June 2016 in April 2014, to June 2018 in May 2016 and to June 2019 in January 2018.
He joined Hull City in June 2025 with a two-year contract.
