He was selected on Manchester United's subs bench for the first time on 22 February 2016 in a FA Cup game at Shrewsbury Town.
His contract at Manchester United was extended to June 2022 in July 2019 and to June 2026 in August 2020.
Dean joined Crystal Palace in August 2023 with a five-year contract.
