David Martin is the son of the former West Ham United and England centre-back, Alvin Martin.
He re-joined Milton Keynes Dons in July 2010 with a three-year contract that was extended to June 2015 in May 2013.
David joined Millwall in August 2017 with a contract to January 2018 that was extended to June 2018 in December 2017.
He joined West Ham United in July 2019 with a two-year contract.
