Joseph joined Notts County shortly before the start of last season in a 12-month loan deal from Montpellier where he had featured in the reserve team during 1999-2000. He adapted quickly to the English game and featured regularly in the squad although he was often on the subs' bench. He is an exciting young striker who is very quick and has the ability to turn and beat defenders in one move.
