Danny Webb joined Southend United from Southampton whilst still a trainee.
He is the son of, the former Chelsea star, David Webb.
Peter Taylor took him on loan to Brighton & Hove Albion during the 2001-02 season then signed him for Hull City in December 2002 with a contract to the end of the 2003-04 season.
After a loan spell though, Danny joined Cambridge United in February 2004 in a deal to June 2005.
