Fleming was again a consistent performer in the heart of the Norwich City defence in the 2000-01 campaign.
Solid and dependable, he is a fierce competitor who is always prepared to throw his body in the way of a goal-bound shot.
He signed a new contract midway through the season and played his 150th game for the Canaries in March.
Fleming's contract was extended to June 2007 in October 2004.
He joined Rotherham United in January 2007 with a contract to June 2008.
