Faulconbridge is a hard-working Wrexham striker who always provides a threat to opposition defences in the air and holds the ball up well on the ground.
He scored some vital goals in 2000-01 including the winners at home to both Bristol Rovers and Port Vale, and forged a useful partnership with the evergreen Kevin Russell when the veteran midfielder was pressed into service up front.
Faulconbridge lost his automatic place in the line-up to newcomer Lee Trundle in the New Year.
Faulconbridge went on the Wrexham transfer list in December 2001 then released at the end of the campaign.
Faulconbridge was made available for transfer by Wycombe Wanderers in January 2004.
He has also played for Wingate & Finchley, Oxford City and Carshalton Athletic.
