Craig Disley produced some fine performances for Mansfield Town reserves in 2000-01 but, although he made the odd appearance as cover for injury and suspension, it was not until February that he was given an extended run in the first team.
He is a midfield player whose pace and persistence going forward make him a thorn in the side of opposition defenders.
Craig joined Bristol Rovers in July 2004 on a two-year contract that was extended to June 2008 in July 2006 then to June 2009 in August 2007.
His contract at Grimsby Town was extended to June 2017 in May 2016.
