Colin Larkin continued to develop steadily for Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2000-01, mostly featuring in the club's reserve team where he was a regular scorer.
He had two outings for the first team as a substitute, the first at Gillingham in August and the second on the final day of the season.
A pacy young striker, he also featured for the Republic of Ireland Under-18s during the campaign.
After a successful loan spell at Kidderminster Harriers, Colin moved to Mansfield Town in July 2002 for £125,000.
The three-year deal included a substantial sell-on clause in Wolves' favour.
Colin joined Chesterfield in July 2005 with a two-year contract.
He joined Northampton Town in July 2007 in a two-year deal.
