Todd graduated to the professional ranks with Swansea City in July 2000 and, after stepping up to make his Football League debut against Northampton Town in March, he retained his place in the line-up, providing the club with a rare bright spot in what was otherwise a very gloomy season.
A promising central defender who is quick and very composed, he won a number of 'Man of the Match' awards and netted his first senior goal in the 6-0 thrashing of Brentford.
Todd joined Exeter City in January 2003 on a contract to the end of the season.
