It was a measure of his potential that Chris made four appearances in the Scottish League for Queen of the South while still an associated schoolboy and before joining Nottingham Forest as a trainee.
His contract at Northampton Town was extended to December 2007 in May 2007.
Chris joined Aldershot Town in December 2011 on a non-contract basis.
