A regular for the Leeds United Under-19 side during 2000-01 he could not break into the first team and was released at the end of the 2000-01 season. After a trial at Reading he signed for Millwall after the Youth Academy Director Nicky Milo spotted him. He has featured in the Under-19 and youth team. He signed professional forms in January 2002.
