Bradshaw was again hampered by injuries at Wigan Athletic in the 2000-01 campaign but when he was in the side he proved both consistent and reliable. He netted with two penalties, giving him a 100% record from spot kicks, and added a stunning 30-yarder in the 1-1 draw with Reading in October.
A hard tackling right back, he passed the landmark of 300 Football League appearances during the season. Bradshaw was one of a number of players released by the Latics in the summer. He is a former England youth international.
