Bruno Ribeiro again failed to establish himself in the Sheffield United first team in 2000-01 and, after a handful of early-season appearances, he returned to Portugal in November, signing a long-term loan deal with Uniao Leiria.
A skilful and determined midfield player who was a favourite of the Bramall Lane crowd.
