As a promising young striker, Ben Strevens appeared regularly in the first team squad for Barnet in 2000-01 although he often featured on the subs' bench rather than in the starting line-up.
One of several players to fall out of favour during Tony Cottee's brief spell as manager, he spent two months on loan at Ryman League club St Albans City early in the New Year but returned to Underhill a stronger and more determined player and fought his way back in to the squad towards the end of the campaign.
Ben was made available for transfer by Barnet in January 2006.
He joined Wycombe Wanderers in July 2010 with a two-year contract.
Ben joined Gillingham in July 2012 with a one-year contract.
He was made available for transfer in January 2013 when he joined Dagenham & Redbridge with a contract to June 2013.
