Ben Davies found his opportunities at Kidderminster Harriers limited in 2000-01 and after making his senior debut in the LDV Vans Trophy tie against Carlisle United, he only featured a couple more times.
A hard-working midfield player with excellent passing ability, he was rewarded with a contract extension at the end of the campaign.
Ben joined Shrewsbury Town in July 2006 with a three-year contract.
He joined Notts County in July 2009 in a three-year deal.
Ben joined Derby County in January 2011 with a contract to June 2013 that was extended to June 2014 in May 2013.
After a loan spell, he joined Sheffield United in July 2014 with a one-year contract.
Ben joined Portsmouth in August 2015 with a one-year contract.
He joined Grimsby Town in July 2016 with a two-year contract.
